What is your turnaround time?

All of our items are in stock and will ship within 3-5 business days. Items purchased on a sale day or around holidays will have a longer turnaround time.

An item is showing as out-of-stock, will it be back?

We update our inventory throughout the week, we often announce restocks on our Instagram page @billy_bibs

Each item is handmade in the Pacific Northwest.

What are the care instructions for bibs and collars?

I don’t see a size option for the headbands.

You have the option of choosing a clip or headband for your bows. The headbands come with a very stretchy one size nylon and it will stretch to fit a newborn to adult.

How big are the bibs?

Our bib sizes vary. Each product description has dimensions as well as recommended age listed.

How much is shipping?

All of our shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight. Please select Priority shipping if you would like to insure your package. All orders over $75.00 USD include free first class shipping.

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! You will have the option to enter your shipping address at checkout.

Will my package be replaced if it is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped. If you want your package to be insured, please choose the “Priority” shipping option at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Billy Bibs will not issue refunds for lost first class packages.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the size of our business and small stock, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order before finalizing it to make sure all of your information is correct.

Please notify us right away if there is a problem or defect with your product. Prior to sending a return, please contact us for authorization.

We will not be refunding any shipping charges.

All international orders and clearance items are considered final sale.

Why is there a minimum for wholesale initial order?

We want the wholesale process to be beneficial to our retailers and to us. A minimum purchase order will ensure that we have a good representation in the retail store and it helps us to identify serious buyers. We want our retailers to have great success with our products.
