First class shipping under $50 takes 3-5 days to arrive. This option has a tracking number but is uninsured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. Priority shipping is $7.55. This shipping option is insured and takes 1-3 days to arrive after being shipped.
Priority Express is $36. This shipping option is insured and takes 1-2 days to arrive.

We offer free USPS first class shipping on all orders over $150USD . First class takes 2-6 weeks to arrive. Please note that first class packages have tracking numbers but they are not insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. USPS only tracks international First Class packages while they are in the US, Tracking stops updating when it leaves the US.

West Asia/ Middle Eastern COUNTRIES:
Due to multiple packages being lost, we now offer only Insured USPS Priority option for $42. Your package will take 1-3 weeks to arrive and will have insurance in case it gets lost in transit. Please make sure to enter your full address including the PIN number or PO Box number.

The buyers is responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Billy Bibs is based in the United States and all prices are in USD. Unclaimed packages will have the shipping cost deducted from any refunds.
If your package gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will email you asking if you would like to try a different address. Each time we ship a package, we need to purchase a shipping label so there will be a shipping charge to ship to a different address. If we don’t hear back, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Any package that is returned and marked as “unclaimed” “insufficient address” or “refused” will not qualify for a shipping refund. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped. If you want your package to be insured, please choose the “Priority” or “Priority Express” shipping option at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Billy Bibs will not issue refunds for lost first class packages. We strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping option.
If you placed an order by mistake, you can cancel an order within 12 hours. Afterwards, our team is working on fulfilling your order and we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
We do not offer refunds unless there was a large defect or your package arrived damaged. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the tags attached.
We do not offer refunds for gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If a package is “forced returned”, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount and a shop credit will be issued.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer a small discount if you order 2 or more bows from our solid bow option. This discount only applies to the SOLID COLOR BOWS.
If you have a bundle of 2 bows, use code 2SOLIDBOWS at checkout for a total of $18 for both bows.
If you have a bundle of 3 bows, use code 3SOLIDBOWS at checkout for a total of $24 for 3 bows.
If you have more then 3 bows, use code LOTSOFBOWS at checkout for 4 for $32, 5 for $40, 6 for $48 ect.

We hold several sales throughout the year. Our biggest sale of the year happens on Black Friday with 25% off everything. Only orders placed within the sale time frames are qualified for a discount. Orders placed before a sale starts or after a sale has ended are not eligible for that discount. We send out newsletters to our subscribers every time we have a sale.
