SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
  • For domestic shipments within the US you can choose from the 2 shipping methods below with their estimated timeframes. These are the main shipping options available upon checkout:
USPS Economy  (5-8 business days)
USPS Standard  (3-4 business days)
  • For international shipments outside the US you can choose from the 2 shipping methods below with their estimated timeframes. These are the main shipping options available upon checkout:
 USPS First Class Package International  (2-3 weeks)
 UPS Worldwide Saver (1 week) 
  • All international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and taxes. Our shipping rates do not include taxes and customs duties. Some countries calculate import duty and taxes exclusively on the value of the imported goods, and it will solely depend on each country’s customs rules and regulations. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer.
     
  • Billy bibs is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer. 
  • We work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time, however shipping transit times are not under the direct control and responsibility of Billy Bibs. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, service interruptions, customs clearance issues, air and ground transportation delays or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
  • If your package gets returned by the carrier, we will email you asking if you would like to try a different address. Each time we ship a package, we need to purchase a shipping label. A shipping charge will be incurred to ship to a different address. If we don’t hear back, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.

RETURNS

  • We're pretty sure you'll love our products! But if you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, please contact us to hello@billybibs.com no later than 7 days after receiving your package, we will send you a return label and you'll get your money back during the next 2 weeks after we receiving your package back in our warehouse. To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused, unwashed and in brand-new condition inside the original packaging.
